Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
1. We have a 30-day return policy for all products, starting from their delivery date.
2. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags and original packaging.
3. The following items can not be returned or exchanged: lingerie, swimsuits and accessories (except scarves and bags).
4. Items with non-refundable tags and free gifts cannot be returned.
5. In any circumstance please reach out to us first.
All items are usually shipped within 3 - 8 business days, unless otherwise stated, via USPS, FedEx or UPS shipping. You will receive a tracking number in order to help you locate your package.
Once your items are shipped we cannot control delays due to shipping providers. We will always try and keep track of your order ourselves in order to alert you or stop any inconvenience to you if possible but it is entirely up to the provider.
